The personal data you share will be processed in accordance with PDPL and related secondary regulations for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the requirements of the services we offer to our customers, in accordance with the needs of the contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;
  • To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials on matters related to public safety and legal disputes, upon request and as required by legislation;
  • To offer various opportunities to our members or share them within the legal framework with individuals or institutions that can provide these opportunities;

Information on Third Parties or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes mentioned above, the personal data you share with dentadavista.com may be transferred to our main shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international affiliates; member companies using the dentadavista.com infrastructure and other related individuals and organizations, as well as third parties and organizations domestically and internationally with whom we receive service or cooperate as Data Processors. Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data can be collected through:

  • The dentadavista.com website and mobile applications, using forms that include information such as name, surname, address, telephone, business or personal email address; preferences on pages accessed using usernames and passwords, IP records of transactions performed, data collected by the browser such as cookie data, navigation duration and details, location data;
  • From individuals who share their personal data for purposes such as establishing a commercial relationship with dentadavista.com, applying for a job, making an offer, through business cards, resumes (CVs), offers, and other means, in a physical or virtual environment, face-to-face or at a distance, verbally, in writing, or electronically;

Personal Data Obtained Before the Enforcement of PDPL

Since dentadavista.com was not operational before the effective date of PDPL, April 7, 2016, we do not possess any personal data stored before this date.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected through any of the methods listed above may be transferred to service providers abroad (accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and located in countries that provide adequate protection for personal data) in accordance with PDPL and for contractual purposes. Your Personal Data may be transferred to:

  • Business partners with whom we cooperate and/or receive services for the presentation and promotion of products and services,
  • Authorized authorities that will determine your location in case of an emergency call,
  • Regulatory and supervisory institutions, courts, and execution directorates, and other official institutions, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data,
  • Corporate entities that are in a commercial relationship with dentadavista.com and have your phone number,

when deemed necessary.

Storage and Protection of Personal Data

dentadavista.com is obliged to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, access management, and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access and to ensure the preservation of the systems and databases containing your personal data, in accordance with Article 12 of the PDPL. In case the personal data is acquired by others through illegal means, the situation will be

immediately notified to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with the legal regulation.

Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date

In accordance with Article 4 of the PDPL, dentadavista.com is obligated to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, our members are required to share their accurate and up-to-date data or update it via the website/mobile application for dentadavista.com to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner According to PDPL

Article 11 of PDPL has been in effect since October 7, 2016, and according to this article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:

  • The Personal Data Owner has the right to request from dentadavista.com (the data controller) regarding themselves;
  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • If personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request their correction,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions provided in Article 7 of PDPL,
  • If personal data is corrected, deleted, or destroyed, to request notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to any result that is to their detriment by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • If the person incurs damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to request compensation for the damage.

Contact and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative appointed by dentadavista.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located when the legal infrastructure is provided. Personal Data Owners can direct their questions, opinions, or requests to the [email protected] email address. dentadavista.com can respond positively/negatively to the requests sent, provided it is justified and within 30 days, in writing or digitally. The procedures related to the requests are principally free of charge. However, if the procedure requires a cost, dentadavista.com reserves the right to request a fee. These fees will be determined based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board according to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. By sharing your personal data on our web page, applications, and other channels, you declare your consent, which is defined as explicit consent in PDPL as informed consent given freely on a specific subject, to the use of data shared with the social media application dentadavista.com on the web page, applications, and social media channels, for notifications and suggestions, to be shared with third parties for commercial purposes for the benefit of members, and that you will apply to dentadavista.com before exercising your legal rights.
