Health information is special-category data. Please do not send health records, photographs or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.

We use data to answer requests, arrange consultations, communicate through the channel you choose, maintain website security, manage cookie choices, measure performance and, only where permitted, measure advertising campaigns. Processing is based on contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent as applicable. 4. Forms, WhatsApp and communications

When you contact us by form, phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you provide is used to respond to your request and is shared only with the people and service providers needed for that communication. WhatsApp is a Meta service and its own terms and privacy information apply when you use it.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled until you choose them in the cookie banner. We do not use health information, treatment details or patient records to create, upload or target advertising audiences. Google and Meta advertising or measurement tags are used only with the relevant consent and must not be configured to send sensitive health information.

Data may be processed by hosting, security, form, email, CRM, WhatsApp, Google, Meta and technical support providers when necessary and configured. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye. Transfers are made only under the safeguards and conditions required by KVKK Article 9, applicable contracts, consent or another lawful mechanism.

We keep data only for the period needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute limitation periods and the management of your choices. Consent and technical tracking records are minimized and protected. We use access controls, HTTPS, backups, security monitoring and provider controls appropriate to the risk.

8. Your rights under KVKK

Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about the purposes and recipients, correction, deletion or destruction where permitted, notification of these actions, object to a result against you from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

9. How to apply and complain

We respond free of charge and within the legal period, normally no later than 30 days. You may first apply to the data controller and then complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority where the legal conditions are met.
